recruiter & hr training
Recruiter and human resources training provides weekly, bi-monthly or as needed specialized training for recruiting and human resources systems.
Recruiter training will target recruiting systems designed to increase recruiter efficiency, effectiveness, quality and retention. This will be achieved through data analysis of the recruiting funnel and recommendations and techniques will be provided.
Human resources training can be provided for the use of applicant tracking systems or other targeted systems through the hiring process such as design and use of digital paperwork and the submission of compliance requirements.
$100 per session
remote recruiting
Remote recruiting services provide one or more recruiters to help clients hit their hiring goals and objectives to foster company growth. Recruiters will source candidates through various job boards, qualify candidates to clients’ specifications for the job requirements for available positions and schedule initial in-person, digital, Skype or phone interviews. Additional services may include evaluating and conducting initial digital interviews, scheduling additional rounds of interviews if applicable, and conducting job offer calls based on client recommendations.

on-boarding
Compliance and digital on-boarding management utilizes clients’ current systems to comply with industry and vendor requirements such as background checks and drug screenings. Compliance management saves on front end costs by eliminating waste and increasing timeliness for employee compliance with vendor and industry regulations and requirements.
Digital on-boarding provides a streamlined system for new hire paperwork for basic documents including W4, I9 and 1099s as well as other employer specific documents such as authorization for background checks, code of conduct, photo release, equipment usage agreements etc. This service also includes electronic filing of records into a Google drive or other programs provided by the client along with entry into current client payroll systems and other systems such as Salesforce. The digital on-boarding program is purchased separately.

Ad Management
Ad management services includes weekly management of up to 20 ads on various job boards. Services include original job ads for clients’ open positions , recommendations of job board placement and bi-weekly updates designed to target high traffic days to increase ad visibility and effectiveness in attracting candidates. Services also will evaluate weekly ad performance and make necessary adjustments and recommendations to increase client return on investment.
$150 per week
Applicant Tracking System Build Out & Professional email design
Applicant tracking system build out services includes the configuration of system text messages, voicemails, and email templates, signature set up, interview round configuration and associated trigger events for successful system operation. Training on use of system after initial build is a separate fee.
Professional email design includes five standard templates with video and graphics based on clients’ needs along with social media links and logos.

payroll Management
Payroll management frees up clients from mundane administrative tasks and offers remote management and processing for client employees and contractors. This services includes weekly entry of wages, commissions and bonuses into current payroll services.

bookkeeping & other financial services
Bookkeeping and other financial services offer financial and organizational peace of mind to clients by eliminating the stress of managing paperwork. Bookkeeping services will record financial transactions; maintain required documentation for clients and summarize financial data for clients’ use in projecting profitability and ensuring appropriate data for business decisions. Other financial services offered include the management of payments for contractors and other business services and preparation of end of year documents for taxes.

website development & brand Management
Website development includes the customized construction of a dynamic website designed around the clients’ specifications, industry and brand. Website development may include video headers and incorporation of various graphic and video content into the web design layout. All web development services will include incorporation of Google analytics to ensure visibility of website and promote its highest ranking.
Website maintenance services will include periodic monitoring and updating of website back end to ensure coding and plug ins are up to date allowing for proper formatting and use. This service may be expanded to include the addition of new content or redesign.
Professional brand management services are targeted to increase visibility of brand across social media platforms and increase followers. This service will include multiple weekly posts to social media platforms using stock and original content created and obtained from client and weekly monitoring and response for company reviews.
Web Development $1500 & up One time fee
Web Maintenance $50 per week
Brand Management $100-300 per week based on indvidial needs
